Big guys have access to capital.
Big guys have access to talent.
Big guys have all those things that you wish you had such as:
- The latest technology
- Access to resources
- High priced consultants offering free advice
- Talented people wanting to work for them
- Leverage
- Benefits

- Political infighting
- Long decision making cycles
- Executive posturing
- An opportunity to waste away in a job and not make any real impact
When you are a small guy, it's okay to have champagne tastes and aspirations.
