When are you leaving an environment that isn't a "fit," your initial instinct is to go to the exit interview with barrels loaded. Does it feel good to get things off of your chest?? -- Yes. Does the company you are leaving really care?? -- No. I know because when I did an exit interview over the phone for one of the companies that I left, you could tell that the HR person was just going through standard protocol and taking notes. The reality is that people leave companies all the time and if enough people leave, the reasons all become the same. "All this company does is staff augmentation."
